Hello, Wolf Pack Families! 

Spring, finally, appears to be in full bloom.  As we move into May, we recognize this time of year as the Blossoming Flower Moon in Blackfoot tradition and the Frog Moon in Métis tradition—marking a season of growth, warmth, and renewal.  Our Division 2 (grades 4-6) choir, had the chance to welcome and celebrate springtime at Monday’s music festival, representing our school beautifully.  Thank you to Ms. Chan, Mr. Tinaburri, and to our incredible volunteers who made weekly choir and this festival experience possible!  

Our Run Club is well underway, bringing great enthusiasm and momentum to our mornings.  Inline skating has kept that momentum going, with thanks to the generosity of Parent Society (for our Alien Inline Skating residency).  As we look ahead to the May Long Weekend (and potential time with family and friends) on the horizon, we also value the upcoming Organizational Day on Friday, May 15 for staff, providing teachers with uninterrupted and dedicated time for collaborative organization, planning, and preparation.

Save the Date | Volunteer Appreciation Tea 

Our Wolfpack team will be hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Tea on Friday, May 29 at 11:00 AM.   

 Further details will be announced soon.  Stay tuned!  All volunteers from 2025-26 will be invited by classroom teachers, individually in the days, ahead. 

Gratitude | Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week 

Many kind gestures have made their way to our school staffroom and to our classrooms within Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week.  Thank you for your kind gestures.  Like you, we are awfully proud of our incredible team.  Thank you for this chance to celebrate and appreciate our Wolfpack staff. 

Upcoming/Gratitude | School Council & Parent Society 

Our final in-person meetings will be at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, May 26 on our school stage.  Grade 3 teachers will be representing learners for our classroom updates.  

Huge congratulations and thanks for each effort towards Saturday (May 2)’s Totally Tropical Gala Fundraiser.  Each of your contributions are incredibly valued and allowed the event, and annual tradition, to be a wonderful success. 

Moving? | Notifying our School for 2026-27 Planning 

A reminder to families: If you are aware that your child will be moving to a new school for the upcoming school year, please inform the school office by e-mailing our school’s general inbox at your earliest convenience. This information helps us with planning and staffing.
