Hello, Wolf Pack Families!

We hope everyone had a restful and rejuvenating spring break. It’s wonderful to welcome students and families back as we settle into our spring season ahead. We also extend warm wishes to those who recently observed Easter, Passover, Eid, Nowruz, and other meaningful traditions—may these celebrations have brought joy, reflection, and connection to your families. We’re looking forward to our spring season, ahead... this last portion of 2025-26.

I know through my hallway conversations that the Artemis II mission has been very inspiring for many students and classes.  We look very forward to seeing what learning this mission and this team might inspire in this historic moment.

Staff, across the CBE, look very forward to Maatoomsii’Pookaiks throughout the April 24 non-instructional day as part of our collective commitment to the Truth & Reconciliation Comission (TRC) 94 calls to action.  QES staff are excited to bring our discussions and learning to Central Library for this day, allowing us to learn from Indigenous Placemaking artists, artworks, and instillations.

Gratitude | Outdoor School

We are so pleased our Grade 6’s are able to participate in the rich learning of Outdoor School.  Enormous thanks to our staff team (Taryn, Dan, Rachel, Mireille, Tammy, Annie), our parent volunteers including Taryn M., as well as to our School Council & Parent Society for ensuring a safe and successful trip for all participants.

Sharing Back | School Planning

Thank you to everyone who participated in our school planning engagement. We know we make better decisions to support student learning when we build understanding and work together.

The feedback we received is compiled at the links below and will be thoughtfully considered in making decisions about school planning.
