What we did on our Outreach Event was all of the students did something kind for our community and it has made a big difference even if you donated one thing.  We also had an assembly about Acknowledging the Land and what we will do for the day.  What was wonderful was everybody participated in all that we have done for our community.  We hoped everybody stayed cozy and had a wonderful time during our Outreach Event.

If you are wondering what it looked like at school today- it was a PJ Pack of helpful wolves.  We felt very cozy in our PJs and we loved helping people in our community.  It warmed our hearts to help people that don’t have food and who can’t have birthday parties. We also felt proud that we filled up the Calgary Food Bank train at the lobby.  We are looking forward to delivering our books with bookmarks to the little libraries in the community.  It felt wonderful to help animals in need, including the birds- look for the suet balls hanging off the trees.  We also made cards for the seniors and birthday bags, we wish we could see their faces when they open them. The wolf pack feels good that we were able to help those in our community who need us.

Thank you for donating all of the items, including all of the books that you donated and for your helping hands.  Thank you to the moms who helped with wrapping presents and to all of the students and their families who participated in this event. We also really appreciated when you helped with donating the books and your time helping make book marks and all the other stuff.
